Day 1 - IXB/NJP to Thimphu

Departure: Start your journey from Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Junction (NJP). You’ll be traveling by a private vehicle, ensuring a comfortable and scenic ride to Bhutan.

Distance: Approximately 6-7 hours by road (around 160-170 km).

Route: The drive takes you through picturesque landscapes, passing through the town of Phuentsholing (on the Bhutan-India border), and then crossing into Bhutan. Enjoy the beautiful views of the rolling hills, valleys, and tea gardens along the way.

Border Formalities: Upon reaching Phuentsholing, you’ll complete the immigration and customs formalities. Bhutan requires a visa or permit to enter, so your tour operator will handle the paperwork for you. Make sure to carry a valid passport/Voter id(for Indians) and a visa for Bhutan.

Arrival at Thimphu: After crossing into Bhutan, continue your drive up to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. The last stretch offers beautiful views of the Himalayan range and the lush valleys below.

Check-in: Upon arrival in Thimphu, check in to your hotel. You’ll be staying in a comfortable 3-star hotel, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing evening.

Day 2 - Thimphu Sightseeing

Day 3 - Thimphu to Punakha

Day 6 - Paro to IXB/NJP Drop

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Jaigaon/Phuentsholing.

Cross back into India and continue towards New Jalpaiguri or Bagdogra for your return flight or train journey.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 30 Days or More Before Tour Start Date: 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 15 to 29 Days Before Tour Start Date: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 14 Days or Less Before Tour Start Date: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
